take this back from vacation to give you an ideal remedy for depression: a little bit every day for you @ s! I am organizing a course natural cosmetics for the bath (bath in a generic sense, we learn that the products can also be used in the shower!). Basically

work:

The course will last about two hours, with all materials included. Over the course will receive a training booklet with recipes, information on essential oils and, most importantly, where to find and buy the materials in Madrid / Spain. And sometimes at a discount, I am negotiating with several herbalists.

All materials are 100% natural and 90% bio . The classes give very clear explanations on what oils to use based on skin type or the health of the people, it is varianetes and all students make the recipes and take home what they do.
